As the in-house graphic designer for a dynamic mortgage company, I served as the primary resource for all visual communications. Managing two distinct brands within the organization, I followed each respective brand's guidelines, maintaining consistency and clarity across all materials. I oversaw our social media strategy, devising compelling content that resonated with each brand's voice and fostered engagement across multiple platforms. Furthermore, I provided comprehensive design support to all departments, delivering polished, on-brand materials that included internal communications, human resources documents, co-branded flyers, and promotional items for events. Whenever a visual component was required, I ensured its successful execution.
Mortgage Minute/Mortgage 101
One of the main social items I work on is an educational mortgage series, aimed at helping Gen-Z Homebuyers feel less intimidated during one of life's biggest investments. With more basic topics like "What is DTI" or "What is an Underwritter" in our Mortgage 101 series, to more broad and complex topics like "Overcoming Homebuying Fears" and "Owning Vs. Renting". I handle the project from start to completion, writing the scripts, filming, and editing.
